Growing up in India and earning a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication from the prestigious National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, he began his career in software engineering, working for top companies such as Satyam, IBM and Qualcomm over a span of 20 years.

In 2012, Ajit obtained his broker license and began handling various real estate dealings, with a focus on Property and short-term rentals. Ajit is a "number guy," with a strength in handling finances and a love for crunching numbers. Ajit uses this expertise to not only manage properties but to sit down with tenants and help them create a system for their long-term goals.

After 20 years of sitting in front of a computer, his physical health began to suffer, leading to a moment of realization that a significant lifestyle change was necessary. This realization led to an exciting opportunity to venture into the world of entrepreneurship, partnering with his spouse to open the business named "Grace Threading" in San Diego. He created systems and processes, working as a CFO and handling HR responsibilities while also managing all leasing and negotiation deals.

His experience working for top companies such as IBM and Qualcomm has given him a knack for creating systems and finding solutions, which he brings to his work in real estate. With a commitment to exceptional service, a passion for numbers and finance, and a desire to help clients achieve their long-term goals.
